Refund Policy
Our policy regarding refunds and returns
1. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, which can be duplicated and retained after a refund, we generally do not offer refunds or returns once a digital book or course has been delivered.
By purchasing our digital products, you acknowledge that you are purchasing non-tangible, irrevocable goods and agree to our no-refund policy.
2. Exceptions for Refunds
We may consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in the following exceptional circumstances:
- Duplicate Purchase: If you accidentally purchased the same product twice
- Technical Issues: If the product is defective or doesn't function as described and we cannot resolve the issue
- Undelivered Product: If you did not receive the product after payment and we cannot provide proof of delivery
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and include detailed information about the issue.
3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, please contact our customer support team with the following information:
- Your full name and contact information
- Order details (product name, date of purchase, amount paid)
- Payment method used (JazzCash, Easypaisa, or Binance)
- Detailed explanation of the issue
- Any supporting evidence (screenshots, error messages, etc.)
We will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds will not be provided in the following situations:
- Change of mind or personal preference
- Failure to read the product description before purchase
- Inability to use the product due to technical limitations on your device
- Purchasing the wrong product by mistake
- Not having enough time to use or read the product
- Dissatisfaction with the content after accessing it
5. Approved Refunds
If your refund request is approved:
- Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7-14 business days
- For JazzCash and Easypaisa payments, the refund will be credited to your mobile account
- For Binance payments, the refund will be processed in the original cryptocurrency
- You will be required to delete all copies of the digital product from your devices
6. Product Replacement
In some cases, instead of a refund, we may offer to replace a defective product with a functioning version. This is at our discretion and will be communicated during the refund request process.
